Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments that identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients entering the detox center.

• Develop individualized service plans that outline clear goals, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing progress evaluations to tailor treatment effectively.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions, leveraging evidence-based practices to support clients through their recovery journeys and help them overcome challenges.

• Work collaboratively with clients to navigate and access community resources, ensuring they have the support necessary for their recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, particularly for high-risk situations in the detox setting.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with community agencies and organizations to enhance service coordination and advocacy efforts for clients.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives, fostering awareness about the detox center’s services and its mission to serve the community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

The salary for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
