Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate independent psychosocial diagnoses, leveraging your education and clinical experience.

• Collaborate with patients to develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based behavioral interventions, including but not limited to solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy, and motivational interviewing, ensuring that each approach aligns with the best practices of mental healthcare.

• Coordinate comprehensive care by engaging with other clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers to create an integrated treatment approach that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Monitor patient progress toward treatment goals, utilizing both telehealth and in-person visits to systematically track responses to treatment and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Support medication management by collaborating with medical providers to ensure adherence, monitor side effects, and assess treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on patients in a detox setting, many of whom are experiencing significant mental health challenges in conjunction with substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the relevant educational authorities.
