Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to improve and implement shared goals, exemplifying a team-oriented approach.

• Engage respectfully and productively with a diverse range of clients, recognizing and valuing their personal traditions, beliefs, and backgrounds.

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, assessing their mental health needs and creating appropriate treatment plans.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.

• Implement crisis intervention techniques, intervening and providing support in critical situations as required.
\n
• Maintain a balanced caseload, continuously documenting progress and ensuring comprehensive delivery of mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including severe emotional disorders and symptoms associated with major mental illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience working in mental health settings, demonstrating expertise in client assessment and intervention.

• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment methodologies, and crisis management specific to mental health populations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, necessary for client interactions and collaborative efforts with team members.

• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring high standards of care.

Preferred Experience\n

While the position requires a minimum of three years of experience, candidates with additional certifications in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or other relevant therapeutic modalities will be given preference. Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting is also advantageous, providing insight into the unique challenges of our clients.
