Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and crisis interventions to assess the needs of clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops tailored to the unique challenges faced by adolescents and their families.

• Complete all required documentation and statistical reports in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with the Department of Corrections to secure access for patients, coordinate housing, and develop treatment dispositions.

• Participate actively in case conferences, contributing insights to treatment planning for individuals in need.
\n
• Work alongside other institutional programs to coordinate ongoing patient care effectively.

• Engage in clinical supervision at least once a week with a Clinical Supervisor to enhance professional skills and address complex cases.

• Coordinate discharge planning services with Reentry Social Workers to ensure smooth transitions for clients returning to their communities.
\n
• May administer psychological testing and supervise social work interns or students as needed, providing mentorship and guidance.

This role primarily focuses on assisting children and teenagers who are navigating the complexities of mental health challenges in conjunction with substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
