Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, identifying their strengths and areas requiring support.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide individualized treatment and facilitate personal growth among clients.

• Collaboratively develop and monitor treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team, ensuring that interventions align with patients’ goals and preferences.

• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe space for healing and exploration while utilizing evidence-based techniques.

• Assist patients and their families in understanding diagnoses and treatment modalities, fostering a supported environment through education and resource navigation.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions focused on key topics in mental health and addictions, empowering clients with information and support.

• Engage in discharge planning meetings to ensure that patients leave with a solid plan for ongoing care, including resources and follow-ups.

• Advocate for patients’ rights and needs within the complex mental health system, working to eliminate barriers to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on patients recovering from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
