Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and therapeutic individual and group therapy sessions through video conferencing, prioritizing therapeutic rapport and client comfort.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring that each client’s unique history and needs drive their care pathways.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate regularly with fellow team members, including case managers and healthcare providers, to facilitate holistic care and improve client outcomes.

• Monitor and maintain accurate electronic client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients in a detox center who are facing substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. These individuals often require specialized support and guidance as they navigate the initial stages of recovery. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
