Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and treatment to clients presenting with symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Administer a variety of brief, focused treatment modalities, encompassing prevention, treatment, and recovery services.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, utilizing effective techniques to stabilize clients in urgent situations.

• Manage a diverse caseload that includes assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions.

• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring timely completion of reports to facilitate seamless service delivery and care continuity.

• Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned, ensuring that clients have access to support during designated hours.

• Engage actively in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
