Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to identify each client's unique strengths and needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to individuals and groups.

• Work closely with healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure that clients receive holistic treatment.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and facilitate access to community resources, ensuring they can take advantage of supportive services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in our electronic health record system.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification from substances, which requires a deep understanding of addiction, mental health disorders, and trauma-informed care approaches. You will assist clients grappling with emotional distress, co-occurring mental health issues, and challenges related to their recovery process, fostering resilience and encouraging their journey towards sustained recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience delivering therapeutic services.

• Expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting effective treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Commitment to culturally competent practices, social justice, and ethical standards in your work.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices, such as DBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Attractive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
