Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW with Terra State Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to align treatment strategies and ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance your professional skills and the quality of our therapeutic offerings.

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals facing substance use disorders and accompanying mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
