Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and create personalized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring techniques are adapted to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, facilitating their progress through regular monitoring and adjustments to treatment as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options that prioritize accessibility for clients who might face mobility issues or prefer the convenience of virtual communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective client interactions and documentation.
