Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, focusing on enhancing the mental health and emotional well-being of your clients.

• Encourage clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, guiding them to develop insights and coping strategies.

• Serve as a client advocate, assisting individuals in setting and achieving their personal goals for mental health.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions, formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize solution-focused therapies based on your clinical knowledge and experience.

• Maintain accurate client records while adhering to privacy and safety regulations, ensuring all documentation is completed with minimal administrative burden.

Our clients are prescreened, stable individuals seeking mental health support for low acuity issues. You will work with a diverse demographic, allowing you to apply your unique skills and therapeutic approach to meet varied client needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• An active, independent license (not limited/provisional) in one of the following areas: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate strong evaluation and decision-making skills related to treatment planning, an exceptional ability to connect with clients, and proficient computer literacy to navigate online therapy tools effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience in a telehealth setting is a plus but not a requirement. We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in solution-focused or cognitive behavioral therapy, though all therapeutic orientations are welcomed.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
