Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Counseling For Growth & Change, Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents from various socio-economic backgrounds. Our clients seek support for a multitude of issues, ranging from everyday stressors to complex mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing or certification in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish rapport and a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
