Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and document client cases from initial consultation through treatment completion.

• Assess clients' mental, behavioral, and emotional health needs through standardized assessment tools and personalized interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring they align with best practices in mental health care.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout the treatment plan, making necessary adjustments to optimize recovery outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans.

• Provide follow-up care and management for clients being discharged from hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
