Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health challenges in clients aged 12 and above.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs, continuously updating them based on therapy progress.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic telehealth sessions with clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote effective care.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes and provide holistic support.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to both organizational standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• An active, valid clinical license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Step In Hope Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
