Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry out comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions tailored to each client's unique circumstances, and provide family, couples, or group therapy as dictated by your areas of expertise.

• Administer essential mental health screenings and ongoing evaluations to ensure treatment objectives are met, adjusting strategies as needed for improved outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in order to coordinate care for individuals with co-occurring disorders, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in relevant trainings to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse client base, including individuals, families, and couples. Our therapist would engage primarily with clients facing mental health challenges, behavioral health issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling or social work (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
