This remote position offers a telehealth work facility, affording you the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a full caseload. You will engage with clients through virtual platforms, allowing you to deliver care effectively and conveniently from your home in Murrieta, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients and their families to provide guidance on therapeutic regimens and medication adherence, ensuring treatment plans are followed diligently.

• Develop and maintain detailed intake summaries and treatment plans, documenting ongoing patient progress in conformity with state and NCQA regulations.
\n
• Provide psychoeducation by developing and leading classes and group sessions tailored to the needs of our clients.
\n
• Offer support and resources for clients’ families, elucidating treatment processes and encouraging family participation in therapeutic activities.
\n
• Utilize community resources, including public and private agencies, to enhance the support offered to clients, connecting them and their family members with relevant external services as appropriate.
\n
• Participate in departmental activities, including staff conferences, to assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive treatment programs for mental health conditions.
\n
• Recognize and report safety concerns, adhering to mandated reporting requirements to protect client welfare.
\n
• Engage in supervision responsibilities for Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, when qualified to do so.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults dealing with acute and chronic mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the State of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health clinical practices and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems to chart client progress and treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
