Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions via live video to adult clients, employing a compassionate, client-centered approach.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals within the facility to ensure comprehensive, cohesive treatment plans.

• Utilize self-administered symptom assessments and progress monitoring tools to evaluate and adjust treatment plans, ensuring responsiveness to client developments.

• Engage in ongoing support and consultation during drop-in sessions with leadership, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals from various backgrounds who struggle with different mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and higher-risk populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure required).

• A minimum of one year of independent clinical experience as a licensed therapist, counselor, or psychologist.

• Two years of recent experience applying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches with adult clients.

• A demonstrated ability to work with a varied client population, including those at risk of suicide or dealing with severe mental health conditions.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a comfort in utilizing digital tools to enhance client engagement and care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
