Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, adhering to clients’ schedules and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include stable adults experiencing low acuity challenges in emotional and psychological health. Our screening process ensures that individuals using our platform are well-suited for the telehealth model, allowing our counselors to focus on providing effective therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Fully licensed to practice independently; eligible candidates must hold one of the following credentials:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• No provisional or limited licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficient in using digital platforms and technology necessary for teletherapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While previous telehealth experience is advantageous, we encourage all licensed mental health professionals to apply, as we provide comprehensive training and onboarding to familiarize you with our systems and practices. Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
