Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized counseling services to clients via telehealth, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Assist clients in daily living activities as necessary, including but not limited to meal planning, cooking, and shopping, to enhance their life skills.

• Guide clients in navigating public transportation systems and ensure they attend all necessary medical appointments.

• Monitor client safety and compliance with agency protocols, serving as a positive role model while implementing safety measures.

• Maintain accurate records of sessions, client progress, and other documentation standards to uphold quality care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to communicate updates on client progress effectively and ensure cohesive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is to serve a multicultural and diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California is mandatory; we cannot accept applicants with an associate license at this time.
