Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 30-minute telehealth counseling sessions, providing individualized mental health support tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals.

• Address a diverse range of sub-clinical issues, including work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance, using evidence-based practices.

• Assist clients in defining and pursuing their personal and professional goals, offering strategic insights and actionable steps toward self-improvement.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our clinical team to share best practices, suggest program improvements, and enhance the overall telehealth experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license/certification (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating effective support for individuals navigating emotional challenges.
