Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct video counseling sessions with adult clients, delivering care that is both ethical and empathetic.

• Perform ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Assist clients in building new coping mechanisms, problem-solving tactics, and effective communication skills to empower their personal growth.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic notes with minimal paperwork, streamlining administrative responsibilities.

In this role, you will primarily serve a clientele of stable, low-acuity adults who seek guidance for various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• No disciplinary actions against your licensure history.

• Strong interpersonal abilities and proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience level.
