Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to manage your schedule and work from the comfort of your own home. Our effective telehealth platform enables meaningful interactions through virtual meetings, ensuring that you can provide the highest quality of care no matter where you are located. You will have the flexibility to choose your own working hours, primarily between Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed to meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Perform crisis interventions through telehealth sessions, efficiently managing urgent situations and connecting patients with necessary resources.

• Coordinate and oversee the disposition of patients, determining the appropriate level of mental health care and ensuring seamless transitions for those transitioning in or out of services.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences, collaborating with healthcare professionals and providing updates on patient progress and adjustments to treatment plans.

• Engage in group therapy sessions focused on mental health challenges, facilitating discussions that encourage support and healing among patients.
\n
• Lead treatment planning for patients considering or currently receiving mental health services, actively contributing to their care coordination.
\n
• Provide constructive feedback and participate in clinical supervision sessions on a weekly basis, promoting continued professional development and excellence in service delivery.

• Collaborate with various community organizations and services, including the Department of Corrections, to ensure patients receive the integrated support they require.

• Participate in psychological testing as assigned and supervise interns or volunteers to enhance their clinical training experience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California, with the ability to maintain this credential.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, necessary for effective telehealth interactions and documentation.
