Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, diagnosing conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans in accordance with best practices and company protocols.

• Maintain thorough documentation of each session, including providing updates on treatment plan reviews and case notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, crucial for client interactions and documentation.

• Proficient in handling electronic documentation using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is advantageous.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and establish rapport with a diverse client population.

• Must pass a background check prior to employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
