Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and history of substance abuse.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely records of client interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.

• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, fostering a support network around each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving clients who have been pre-screened for therapy, ensuring that you work predominantly with stable individuals experiencing low-acuity issues. This level of pre-assessment enables you to concentrate on providing high-quality therapeutic care in a supportive environment, where clients feel safe and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD in California.
