Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to provide holistic and integrated treatment plans.

• Utilize automated tools for symptom self-assessments and progress tracking to inform and adjust intervention strategies dynamically.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical notes and treatment plans in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele predominantly includes adults seeking support for a range of mental health issues. You will engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with unique experiences and challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will involve building rapport and trust, which is critical in helping clients navigate their mental health journey and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW is mandatory for this position.
