This role is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to provide mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage collaboratively with clinical and support staff, as well as with external organizations such as schools and community services, to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain accurate and timely billing of services in alignment with agency requirements, ensuring all financial transactions are processed efficiently.

• Participate in an on-call rotation contingent upon program needs, which may include obtaining LPS designation for certain cases.
\n
• Contribute to program development by attending staff meetings, sharing insights, and actively participating in staff training sessions.
\n
• Build and nurture reliable attendance and punctuality to foster a dependable counseling environment.
\n

• Provide case management for clients—including assessing needs, identifying challenges, and connecting them with resources.

• Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and their families, addressing their diverse backgrounds and needs.

• Respect and respond to the cultural and linguistic needs of the populations we serve, ensuring equitable access to mental health services.

• Complete additional duties as assigned, including maintaining a manageable caseload that aligns with your professional strengths.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a closely related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Ability to adhere to department standards, local, state and federal regulations to provide high-quality mental health services.

Preferred Experience\n
