Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, utilizing the latest telehealth technology to connect with clients across the nation. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health status and develop targeted treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide effective individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet the distinct needs of diverse populations.

• Foster trusting relationships with clients by offering consistent support, encouragement, and practical tools to help them address their mental health challenges.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize effectiveness.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care and provide referrals when necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to remain updated on best practices and therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include working with a variety of clients, from adolescents struggling with emotional regulation to adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Understanding their needs will require not only clinical expertise but also cultural sensitivity to foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience related to mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment frameworks.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using inclusive and culturally responsive techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations effectively and calmly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, with the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
