Work Environment\n

This role is conducted entirely through a telehealth setting, allowing for a flexible work schedule and the ability to reach a diverse client population. Counselors will work mostly from their own home-based offices, providing virtual therapy sessions from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. With a comprehensive support team behind you, your administrative tasks will be handled efficiently, enabling you to focus on delivering quality counseling services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial mental health evaluations via secure video conferencing to assess client needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Conduct engaging teletherapy sessions, using a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.

• Monitor and document client progress in a timely manner using our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to external resources when necessary to facilitate holistic healing.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to refine therapeutic skills and stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Our pre-screening process ensures that you will engage with clients who are motivated for change and capable of benefiting from therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active mental health licensure in Tennessee as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW with a clean disciplinary record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
