Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual sessions with clients to assess their mental health status and identify specific needs and goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies tailored to various mental health conditions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual counseling, offering support for issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Maintain comprehensive client records, including therapy progress notes and individualized treatment adjustments, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage with clients' families as needed to provide holistic support and improve treatment outcomes.

• Deliver therapeutic activities and interventions, continuously assessing client response and progress.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in mental health treatment and teletherapy practices to provide the highest level of care.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, along with a valid LPC license in Colorado.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience providing mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth capacity.

• Strong knowledge of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, along with the ability to develop effective treatment plans for various conditions.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop rapport with clients, fostering trust and therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a remote counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
