Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions to aid in client recovery.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient records through accurate clinical documentation.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health specialists to provide holistic care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and the quality of care delivered.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to promote awareness and support.

• Stay updated on ongoing research and advancements in mental health to enhance therapy effectiveness.

• Manage and maintain a full caseload of clients, providing timely and effective interventions in line with ethical standards set by licensing boards.

Qualifications\n
