This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from your own home or any location of your choosing. You will be utilizing our telehealth platform, Simple Practice, to conduct virtual appointments and communicate securely with clients through video and messaging features. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients to determine their mental health needs and therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide psychotherapy to clients, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Engage in ongoing evaluations of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and progress notes within our telehealth platform.

• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings to foster a collaborative team environment and integrate feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in Tennessee.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic concepts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
