Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain patients' mental health needs accurately and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other applicable techniques tailored to individual, group, or family settings.

• Coordinate closely with case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care and facilitate the sharing of pertinent information for the benefit of client outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and promoting stabilization.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and deliver educational workshops to raise awareness about mental health, striving to reduce stigma and promote well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain accurate, timely documentation and case notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
