Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop effective, tailored treatment plans.

• Provide continual teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients experiencing barriers to in-person therapy.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, including treatment notes and client interactions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with best practices in the field and to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals across various demographics, dealing with an array of mental health issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), generalized anxiety disorder, depression, and relationship difficulties. This role allows you to work with clients from different cultural backgrounds, helping you to refine your therapeutic skills while embracing the diverse experiences they bring to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid state license in Social Work (LCSW), Professional Counseling (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or Psychology.

• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and trust with clients.

• Display strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a virtual work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
