Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to develop a nuanced understanding of their unique needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, focusing on both individual and family therapy based on comprehensive assessments and treatment goals.

• Complete thorough documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to specified timelines to maintain compliance and support effective care delivery.

• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to empower clients in maintaining stability and overall wellness.
\n
• Facilitate the creation of discharge plans that ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care for clients as they progress through their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain adherence to federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, assuring ethical and compliant practice.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education opportunities to enhance skills and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to a collaborative learning environment.

• Ensure completion of all licensure and continuing education requirements to maintain licensure in the State.

Qualifications\n
