Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students seeking clinical licensure, providing them guidance and feedback on their therapeutic practices.

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy services for clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to enhance client support and treatment plans.

• Document and maintain accurate client records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and compliant with legal regulations.

• Stay abreast of current research, advancements, and best practices in the field of mental health therapy to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from young adults to elderly individuals, encompassing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will have the satisfaction of witnessing clients’ growth and transformation as you tailor therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• A valid California state license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Professional liability insurance is required.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
