Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting therapy sessions and assessments primarily through telehealth platforms such as Zoom or similar software, ensuring effective communication and engagement with clients.

• Completing comprehensive intake evaluations to understand clients' history, current circumstances, and therapeutic needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Providing mental health support, including crisis intervention and referral services to other healthcare providers, when necessary.

• Regularly maintaining accurate and thorough client records in compliance with Washington State and federal documentation guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and current mental health trends.

You will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC, allowing you to practice independently.
