Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists, to create a cohesive treatment experience for clients, addressing all facets of their mental health care.

• Respond to crisis situations with urgency and compassion, offering crisis intervention strategies to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and stabilizing their situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging individuals to seek necessary help.

Qualifications\n
