Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health statuses, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services—individual, group, and family interventions—utilizing a range of therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure that all aspects of a client’s mental health needs are addressed holistically.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, drawing upon your training and experience to provide immediate support.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and educating the public about available resources.

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele with a range of backgrounds and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication skills are essential, allowing you to effectively build rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence in working with clients from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community mental health or outpatient settings is preferred.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapeutic tools would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
