Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through comprehensive psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand patients' current conditions and needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that encompass their specific goals, cultural perspectives, and mental health histories.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual and group sessions, ensuring that therapy is both effective and engaging.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, working with clients in acute distress to stabilize their situation and connect them with additional resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies, which includes detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with tools and strategies for effective self-management.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes, participating in case reviews and treatment plan adjustments as needed.

• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjust plans accordingly to better serve clients.

• Stay current with the latest research, best practice guidelines, and emerging trends in mental health, actively integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
