Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that support their goals and consider their cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in settings ranging from individual sessions to group therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, utilizing your knowledge and skills to stabilize clients in acute distress and ensure a seamless continuum of care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, compliant with both clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to understand and manage mental health issues.

• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Conduct regular outcome assessments to monitor treatment effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, primarily in Springfield, Massachusetts, encompassing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
