Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey; Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) candidates are also welcome to apply.

• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Empathy and compassion, along with a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ diverse experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills for effective management of caseloads and adherence to administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred, enabling a smooth transition for both therapist and client.

• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Previous experience working with a diverse client population in a clinical setting will be an asset.
