Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to establish a clear understanding of clients’ needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
