Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery, focusing on resilience-building and skill development.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in one-on-one and group settings.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that enable clients to process their trauma, identify coping strategies, and foster healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure whole-person, integrated care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients in need of immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping techniques, and resources available for additional support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and accurate reporting.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities centered on trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy methodologies to continually enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily serve clients who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to domestic violence, childhood neglect, and sexual abuse. Your work will focus on understanding their unique experiences and helping them navigate their emotional responses, fostering resilience and health in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-related disorders and comfort with trauma-focused therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to offer compassionate and non-judgmental support to clients.

• Capacity to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
\n
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.

• A collaborative spirit, able to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
