Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patient histories and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Craft and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and building resilience, utilizing both contemporary and traditional therapeutic methods.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), based on the specific needs of each patient.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, designed to help patients process their traumas, learn coping mechanisms, and enhance their healing journey.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of integrated care across all treatment disciplines.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and available resources to aid the healing process.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring clarity and compliance in patient records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, especially in a trauma-focused context.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of experience in a relevant role is required, applicants with a background specifically in trauma therapy, including modalities such as EMDR or TF-CBT, will be given preference. Involvement in interdisciplinary teams or experience in crisis intervention settings will enhance a candidate's suitability for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
