Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being, utilizing evidence-based tools and methods.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that align with patients' specific diagnoses and personal goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding discussions that foster emotional growth and enhance coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to integrate treatment approaches for holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support, ensuring timely and effective responses to mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
