Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and craft individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address common mental health concerns and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, providing immediate assistance and resources to those in need.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to streamline operations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
