This position is set in an outpatient facility but offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to balance your professional obligations with personal commitments. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to effectively meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather key information about patients' circumstances, backgrounds, and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions and approaches.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focusing on mental health concerns, facilitating discussions, and promoting patient engagement and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure holistic treatment strategies.

• Respond to mental health crises with timely intervention strategies and support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and emergency protocols.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and how to access community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Actively engage in professional development opportunities, team meetings, and cultural competency training to continuously improve care delivery and treatment practices.

You will work with a diverse range of patients, emphasizing inclusivity and respect for individual differences. Our primary focus includes ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrant communities, all of whom may face unique challenges in accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, with a strong emphasis on cultural competence in therapy.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy using inclusive, culturally responsive methodologies.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, enabling you to calmly manage challenging or emergency situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to build rapport with diverse client populations.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.

• A commitment to uphold professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing positively to collaborative efforts.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
