Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, facilitating a nuanced understanding of their mental health needs.

• Provide both individual and family therapy sessions tailored to identified patient needs, employing evidence-based techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Ensure thorough documentation of sessions, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, completed within specified time frames.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans when necessary, and relapse prevention strategies aimed at maintaining patient stability.

• Create effective discharge plans that empower clients to manage their mental health after leaving therapy.

• Maintain adherence to all federal and state mental health laws, regulatory requirements, as well as Centerpointe's policies and procedures.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education, thereby enhancing your skills and expertise.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training requirements in a timely manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Centerpointe offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with licensing and experience.
