Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively supervise clinical care to ensure all patients receive high-quality treatment tailored to their specific mental health needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during individual or group therapy sessions, documenting findings and formulating appropriate treatment plans.

• Manage a diverse caseload of patients presenting with varying psychological conditions, adapting interventions to suit their unique circumstances.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to provide timely crisis intervention and therapeutic strategies, guiding clients and their families toward resolution plans.

• Deliver personalized counseling services, including individual and family therapy, while recommending specialized resources when necessary.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation of patients’ progress, revising treatment plans as needed to reflect their evolving needs.

• Facilitate mental health evaluations and incorporate results into the overall treatment framework.
\n
• Create and maintain accurate documentation, including strategy outlines, progress summaries, and any necessary revisions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

• Provide educational support and resources to patients and their families to enhance understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at SpringPath Counseling, LLC comprise a wide range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your role will involve assessing and addressing the specific psychological needs of each client, fostering a safe and supportive environment that encourages healing and personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong ability to apply therapeutic practices in real-world settings effectively. Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques will be a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
