Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and interviews with clients to determine their mental health status, needs, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and challenges.

• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques.

• Provide psychoeducation and coping strategies to clients, equipping them with tools for managing their conditions effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with emotional and behavioral issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This diverse patient population requires a counselor who is culturally competent and able to adapt their therapeutic methods to fit the varying backgrounds and needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in providing mental health counseling services.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
